One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Five (5) Second Place Winners will each receive:
One (1) years' worth of movie tickets from MovieTickets.com
Ten (10) Second Place Winners will each receive:
One (1) "Katy Perry: Part of Me" goodie bag

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are registered users of MovieTickets.com, legal residents in the forty-seven (47) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (specifically excluding the states of Alaska, Hawaii, New York and Rhode Island, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and 18 years of age or older as of May 21, 2012.
