CONTEST JUDGING AND ODDS OF WINNING: Four (4) Finalist Prize winners (the "Finalists") and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen by judges selected by Sponsor consisting of qualified experts ["Judges"]); the Judges shall be picked at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Judges will determine the Finalists and Grand Prize winner who receive the most points (1-100) from among each qualified Entry, based upon the following criteria: (a) creativity in choice of healthful food, its overall placement on the plate and the resultant photograph [weighted 50%], (b) clarity of photograph which allows judges to identify food used [weighted at 25%] and (c) healthfulness of food used, plate presentation and desirability to eat what has been presented [weighted at 25%].
Each photograph submitted must be:
• 2MB or less in file size;
• In .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png file format;
• A clear (not blurry) photograph that allows the judges to be able to tell/identify what food is being used;
• The food and/or food products must be placed on a plate and all food in the photograph must be edible (for human consumption).
No photograph submitted may:
• Incorporate or include anything that would require the consent of any third party or the further consent of any person for the use of the Photograph as outlined herein;
• Contain or depict any objectionable, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, vulgar, racially or ethnically-motivated, invasive of another's privacy, or any other objectionable material or gesture or is otherwise unfit for publication/posting/uploading, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion;
• Contain, violate or otherwise make available any materials (images, trademarks, logos, etc.) that infringe upon any personal, proprietary or any other right of any third party;
• Contain the last name, phone number(s), address, or email address of any person, including entrant;
• Contain any visual references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms, or any depiction or representation thereof;
• Contain or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "commercial pitch," promotional materials, junk mail, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
• Contain, or transmit any materials that contain, software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to impair, limit, interfere with or cause harm to any communications network operated by any of the Released Parties or the computers of any individual or entity participating in or otherwise associated with this Contest; or
• Contain any material that: (i) would give or threaten to give rise to criminal or civil liability; (ii) encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or (iii) encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all entrants. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. In the event of a tie an additional "tie-breaker" judge will determine the Winner from among all such tied entries using the judging criteria above. The decisions of the Sponsors and judges will be final and binding on all matters.
