Instant Win Game begins at 12:00:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. EDT on August 19, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 50 United States, District of Columbia and/or Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of playing.

Limit one (1) Play per name, per e-mail address, per day.
PRIZES: Ninety-Eight (98) Instant-Win Prizes (one (1) per day). Each winner will receive a Weber 22.5" One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill (Black). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $107.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $10,486.00. Limit one (1) prize per name, address and/or household/email.
