One (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

open to all residents of the United States of America excluding Puerto Rico and all Unites States territories and possessions which are not eligible who have reached the age of twenty-one (21) at the time they enter the Sweepstakes

PRIZE
Among all valid Registration Forms or Mail-in Entries, the following thirty-two (32) prizes
will be awarded, subject to the conditions below:
a) One (1) grand prize consisting of:
- Integration of the Grand Prize Winner’s (as defined below) likeness into a KÀ
comic book produced by Marvel Comic Books (“KÀ Comic Book”) (context of
character integration to be determined at Cirque’s sole discretion) (no monetary
value);

Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV, having an approximate retail
value not to exceed One Thousand and Two Hundred United States Dollars

- A dining credit redeemable at a restaurant of Grand Prize Winner’s choice
located in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas gas, NV valued at One Hundred
United States Dollars (US$100) (in total).
