Timing: Sweepstakes starts on July 26, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 29th, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S. (other than residents of Rhode Island), and Puerto Rico. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter the sweepstakes. Children under 13 are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes.
Limit: Limit one entry per person per e-mail address; provided, however, that for each friend you refer who enters our sweepstakes you will receive an additional entry for the sweepstakes.
Prize: The prize will consist of one year's worth of jeans (12 pairs at a total $500 Retail value). Any federal, state and local taxes due on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize for other prize, cash or credit is permitted except by Alloy in its sole and absolute discretion, in the event of prize unavailability or otherwise, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian. Terms and conditions of Alloy gift card apply.
