Grand Prize winner and guest understand that participating in trip related activities may be strenuous and may involve certain health related risks, including risk of physical injury. If Grand Prize winner and guest participate in such prize elements, they must be in good physical condition and must have the physical capacity to participate in any activities associated with the Grand Prize and accept all risks associated such activities. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation (e.g. valid photo ID, auto insurance) prior to travel. Passes, gift cards, vouchers, certificates, admission and tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon and by issuers. Hotel Roanoke voucher, Virginia is for Lovers gift basket will be delivered approximately thirty (30) days from date of winner verification. Actual value of prize, including without limitation air transportation, rental car fees, hotel accommodations, may vary from ARV stated in these Official Rules based on point of departure and existing rates at the time of booking and travel. If actual value is less than stated ARV, neither the difference in value nor any additional compensation will be awarded. Travel must be completed by August 31, 2013 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Grand Prize winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, in its sole discretion. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all venue, tour, and activity rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses not listed herein as being provided, including but not limited to additional meals, ground transportation, any and all applicable insurance, luggage fees, gratuities, incidentals, activities and souvenirs. In the event a prize component is not available for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion(s) thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of prize (or portion thereof) accepted by the Grand Prize winner.
