Zappos.com Win a Trip to Fashion Week in New York Sweepstakes ~ 8/13/12

Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2012 and ends on August 13, 2012.

Open to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all oversees military installations) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of August 6, 2012.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York City from September 7 to September 11, 2012 including:
(1) a four (4) night hotel stay for the Winner and one (1) guest at a Manhattan hotel (one (1) room based on double occupancy);
(2) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York City from a major commercial airport (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) near the Winner's home on a major carrier (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) that services Newark Airport, LaGuardia Airport or Kennedy Airport (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
(3) ground transportation from the New York area airport to hotel and return for Winner and guest;
(4) tickets for the Winner and guest to the following Fashion Week Shows: Nicole Miller, Cynthia Rowley, Badgley Mischka, Mara Hoffman and BCBGMAXAZRIA; and
(5) a $1,000 Zappos.com gift card.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,500.00. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute ground transportation for the airfare portion of the trip if the Winner resides within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of New York, New York. The Grand Prize trip must be taken at time and flight itinerary specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a replacement winner will be selected by Sponsor from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
