Dodge® Fight for Your Dart® Sweepstakes ~ 8/24/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts 7/20/12 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends 8/24/12 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia who, as of the date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and have a valid U.S. Passport.

LIMIT: Only one (1) entry per Facebook ID throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Select the prize fighter, Joseph Benavidez or Demetrious Johnson, you believe will win the Ultimate Fighting Championship® event scheduled to be held on 9/22/12 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The names of all of the eligible participants who selected Joseph Benavidez and his customized 2013 Dodge Dart R/T will be entered into one random drawing; the names of all of the eligible participants who selected Demetrious Johnson and his customized Dodge Dart R/T will be entered into the other random drawing.

On or about 8/28/12, Sweepstakes Administrator will select one name from each of the two (2) Random Drawings as a potential finalist. Each Finalist will receive a trip to Toronto, Ontario, CA to be present for the UFC Event.

The Finalist who correctly selects the Fighter who wins the UFC Event ("Grand Prize Winner") will, subject to verification, receive a trip to the SEMA ® Show in Las Vegas, NV to be held between 10/30/12 and 11/1/12 where the Grand Prize Winner will be announced as the recipient of the customized Dodge Dart R/T designed by the Fighter who wins the UFC Event. In the event that the UFC Event ends in a tie, a random drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator to determine which Finalist shall be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner.

PRIZES:

(A) FINALIST PRIZE (2 AWARDED/1 PRIZE PER FINALIST): Each Finalist will receive a Finalist Prize consisting of the following:
- two (2) round trip coach airline tickets from major airport nearest to Finalist's residence to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for travel on 9/21/12 through 9/23/12;
- two (2) tickets to the UFC Event scheduled for 9/22/12,
- 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations at a 4-star hotel selected by Sponsor; and
- one (1) $660 Visa® Prepaid Card.
Total ARV of each Finalist Prize: $7,540.00.

EACH POTENTIAL FINALIST WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT, ALONG WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED AFFIDAVIT & RELEASE, A COPY OF HIS/HER CURRENT VALID UNITED STATES PASSPORT, SATISFACTORY TO SPONSOR TO ALLOW ENTRY INTO CANADA AND RE-ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES. FAILURE TO RETURN ALL OF THESE SIGNED DOCUMENTS INCLUDING SATISFACTORY PROOF OF POSSESSION OF A VALID UNITED STATES PASSPORT, WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE FINALIST PRIZE BY THAT POTENTIAL FINALIST; and, time allowing, the selection of an alternate potential Finalist. The Finalist's guest will also be required to submit along with a publicity/liability release ("Publicity/Liability Release"), as allowed by law, a copy of his/her current valid United States Passport, satisfactory to Sponsor or s/he will not be allowed to accompany the Finalist.

(B): GRAND PRIZE: the Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of:
- two (2) round trip tickets from major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence to Las Vegas, NV for travel on 10/30/12 through 11/1/12;
- two (2) 3-day tickets to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV;
- 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations at a 4-star hotel selected by Sponsor;
- one (1) $450 Visa Prepaid Card;
- the announcement at the SEMA Show that the Grand Prize Winner is the recipient of a 2013 custom Dodge Dart R/T as designed by the Fighter who won the Event and approved by Sponsor (ARV of Dodge Dart R/T: $40,000) and a check in the amount of $6,000 to help defray applicable taxes and fees.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $51,810. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for vehicle registration, license, title, tag, taxes, emission fees and insurance fees and for all costs and expenses not specifically included above, e.g., all federal, state and local sales; luxury, use or other taxes; vehicle maintenance, insurance costs, etc. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize, within thirty (30) days of notice of availability of the Grand Prize from Sponsor at a Dodge dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to that Grand Prize Winner's residence or the Grand Prize may be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture of the Grand Prize, a random drawing to award the Grand Prize may be conducted among eligible entries who correctly selected the Fighter who won the Event. The Grand Prize Winner must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to take delivery of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in any promotional materials. Customization of the Grand Prize will be solely as designed by the winning Fighter and approved by Sponsor and customized by the Dodge Dart R/T customizer selected by Sponsor. Options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
