VSP Your Eyes Deserve a VSP Vacation Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 12/31/12

Promotion begins at 12:00:01 PM ET on August 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on December 31, 2012. Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes and an Instant Win.

Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Entrants, as defined below, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

To enter the Sweepstakes, you (“Entrant”) must visit www.seemuchmore.com/win-dream-vacation during the Promotion Period. Entrants may then enter the Promotion in two different ways:

Option 1:
Access the Website and choose the “Play & Win Game” tab.
Follow the onscreen instructions to choose an avatar and destination in order to complete the game.
Once prompted, complete the registration form by filling in the required fields. Completing steps a-c will earn Entrant one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entrant will then be taken to a Thank You page where they will be able to Share the Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, or e-mail and get an Additional Entry for each share.
After choosing how to share the Promotion, Entrant will have the opportunity to play the Instant Win Round by clicking on the “Play Instant Win Round” tab and completing the following steps:
Play the Instant Win Round by selecting any letter shown on the eye chart, if you click a letter and it reveals an image of sunglasses the Entrant will be immediately notified onscreen if he/she is an Instant Winner. Limit three (3) attempts to find the hidden sunglasses per day.

Option 2:
Access the Website and choose the “Play Instant Win Round” tab.
Submit your e-mail address.
If Entrant has already registered, as described above, his/her e-mail address will be recognized and he/she will be led to the Instant Win Round and will proceed as described above.
If Entrant has not yet registered, he/she will be prompted to do so by filling out the required field on the registration form. Completing the registration will earn Entrant one Entry into the Sweepstakes. After registration Entrant will be led to the Instant Win Round and will proceed as described above.

PRIZES:

Instant Win:
Exactly one hundred fifty Instant Prize Winners will receive an Instant Win Prize, each consisting of one pair of designer sunglasses, the brand and model of which is to be decided by Sponsor at its sole discretion. ARV of individual designer sunglasses: $75 - $200 USD.

Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $11,250 - $30,000 USD. Limit: Each Entrant may only win up to, and no more than, one Instant Win Prize during the Promotion Period.
Note: In the event less than 150 persons participate in the Instant Win Game, the non-winning time-stamps will not correspond to any Entrant, and the prizes corresponding to those time-stamps, shall remain unawarded.

Sweepstakes:
The selected Grand Prize Winner will have the option of choosing one travel package among the following four (4) travel packages:

Maui, HI – Total ARV: $4,100.00 USD
A vacation for two (2) in Maui, Hawaii, consisting of:
(a) Three (3) night stay at a four star hotel (two occupancy) in Maui, HI;
(b) Round trip coach airfare for two persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence
(c) Two Maui canoe ride tickets;
(d) Two Maui submarine tour tickets;
(e) A Luau dinner reservation for two;
(f) A deluxe couples massage for two.

New Orleans – Total ARV: $4,100.00 USD
A vacation for two in New Orleans, Louisiana consisting of:
(a) Five (5) night stay at a four star hotel (double occupancy) in New Orleans, LA;
(b) Round trip coach airfare for two persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence;
(c) Two New Orleans Power Passes which includes admission to a variety of the most popular New Orleans city attractions, New Orleans French Quarter attractions and surrounding Louisiana attractions (5 days);
(d) New Orleans Meal Ticket which includes the option for daily meals from five of New Orleans most popular restaurants including but not limited to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and La Bucherie Coffee House (5 Days).

Orlando, Florida – Total ARV: $4,100.00 USD
A vacation for four at Orlando, Florida, consisting of:
(a) Four nights’ accommodations at a four-star hotel (four occupancy) in Orlando, Florida;
(b) Round trip coach airfare for four persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence;
(c) Four Disney World Two-Day Tickets.

Vail, Colorado – Total ARV: $4,100.00 USD
A vacation for two in Vail, Colorado, consisting of:
(a) Five nights stay at a four-star hotel (double occupancy) in Vail, Colorado;
(b) Round trip coach airfare for two persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence;
(c) Two 3-day Lift Tickets at Vail;
(d) Certificate for Dinner at Terra Bistro for $200.
