Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on August 17, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on October 5, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Giveaway consists of one (1) Grand Prize Entry Period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period") which begins on August 17, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. PST and ends on October 5, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. PST and seven (7) Weekly Entry Periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") with start and end dates as defined in the chart below.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit: A limit of one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
*I initially thought this might be a weekly entry, but I asked for clarification and they responded, "you only need to enter once during the entire sweepstakes period and you will be eligible to win the weekly prizes and the grand prize."
INVITE A FRIEND (Optional): On the sweepstakes entry form, you will be invited to submit the e-mail addresses of up to three (3) "Friends" via a sweepstakes notification e-mail. The people you refer will receive an e-mail notifying them about the Sweepstakes. "Friends" are those with whom you have a personal or professional relationship and who are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. You are solely responsible for obtaining permission from anyone whose e-mail address you submit. You may refer up to three (3) unique Friends. For each referral (Maximum of 3) with valid e-mail addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the sweepstakes for a total maximum of three (3) additional entries. You may not receive an additional entry for anyone you refer who has previously entered the sweepstakes or who has been referred by another entrant.
You must not use the "Invite a Friend" feature for any other use other than to refer friends to the Sweepstakes. Without limitation, you must not use the "Invite a Friend" to send e-mails: (i) to strangers; (ii) multiple referrals to the same friend; (iii) unsolicited e-mail; and (iv) "spam". You can only "Invite a Friend" once about the Sweepstakes. If two or more entrants refer the same friend(s), only the entrant who first referred the friend to the Sweepstakes (as determined by Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion) will receive an extra entry. An invalid "Invite a Friend" e-mail address submitted by the entrant will not receive a bonus entry into the Sweepstakes.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE consisting of one (1) Wüsthof Classic Ikon (or comparable brand) 12-Piece Knife Block Set, one (1) $100 Target gift card, one (1) OXO salad spinner (or comparable brand), one (1) NorPro (or comparable brand) Mandoline Slicer, one (1) cookbook, and samples of Mrs. Cubbison's salad toppings. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1,000.
