Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (EST) on August 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on September 30, 2012.
Open to individuals 18 years of age and older as of June 27, 2012 and who are legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and District of Columbia.

Limit one entry per person/household/email address.
Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received for the Promotion Period. The winner will be chosen from a random drawing. Winner will be notified by email. If the email goes unanswered within 10 business days it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.
PRIZES: The Grand Prize is a new iPad.
