Sweepstakes begins on August 22, 2012 at 12:00am ET and ends on November, 18, 2012 at 11:59pm ET.
Open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

On-Site: visit the Sprint Experience during the following NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race weekends during operating hours to complete and submit the entry form:
August 25, 2012 – Bristol Motor Speedway
September 2, 2012 – Atlanta Motor Speedway
September 8, 2012- Richmond International Raceway
September 16, 2012 – Chicagoland Speedway
September 23, 2012 – New Hampshire Motor Speedway
September 30, 2012 – Dover International Speedway
October 7, 2012 – Talladega Superspeedway
October 13, 2012 – Charlotte Motor Speedway
October 21, 2012 – Kansas Speedway
October 28, 2012 – Martinsville Speedway
November 4, 2012 – Texas Motor Speedway
November, 11, 2012 – Phoenix International Raceway
November 18, 2012 – Homestead-Miami Speedway
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium and a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas for the NASCAR After the Lap™ ceremony on November 29, 2012 which includes:
- Roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV,
- two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room; double occupancy),
- Five Hundred US Dollars ($500) for spending money, and
- ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel and NASCAR After the Lap event while in Las Vegas, NV.
The Approximate Retail Value of ("ARV") of the grand Prize is $36,185. The Grand Prize is not transferable, and may be substituted at Sponsor's discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for any costs or expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: federal, state or local taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes; insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment; meals, incidentals, souvenirs, or any other taxes, fees, surcharges, from the acceptance or use of the prize. Winners must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery of the car, and the color, options, package, accessories, and any other prize details will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the NASCAR After the Lap event.
Any difference between the stated approximate retail value of any prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Air transportation will be determined by Sponsor including airline, ticket class and airline seat. All hotel incidentals, including meals, are the responsibility of the Winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and are subject to airline, airport and hotel regulations and restrictions as may be in effect at the time. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure and destination. Guest must be the age of majority in his/her place of residence as of the date of the trip. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If the Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Las Vegas, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guests may extend their stay at their own expense. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.
