Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/28/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/12/12.

Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein and are the age of majority or older in the state in which they reside at time of entry.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $500.00 in school supplies and $500.00 in school supplies for the school of the winner’s choice, and a “Nuts About School” Prize Pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs, and Peanuts merchandise. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,265.00.

First Prizes (5): Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive a “Nuts About School” Prize Pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs, and Peanuts merchandise. The ARV of First Prize: $265.00 each.

Maximum ARV of all prizes: $2,590.00.
