2012 Allstate’s :60 Seconds of Mayhem Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 1/2/13

Promotion will consist of an Instant Win Game and a Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET.
Instant Win Game begins on August 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 2, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET .

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:
Tailgate Tour and other various Allstate attended events. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Allstate display (during operating hours) at one of the Tailgate Tour stops and, in accordance with the instructions furnished at such location, complete and submit an official entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. For a list of Tailgate Tour stops and various events, please send an e-mail with “Tailgate Tour Location Request” in the subject line to AllstateCFBsweeps@octagon.com.

Online. Visit www.allstatecfb.com during the Sweepstakes Period to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry used. A week is defined as 12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. from Sunday to Saturday.

HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: Visit www.allstatecfb.com during the Game Period to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) Instant Win Game play. The entrant will “kick” a virtual field goal and learn if they are a weekly instant winner via an online screen message. Successful “kicking” does not increase or decrease your chances of being an instant winner.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Game play per person per day for the duration of the Promotion Period. A day is defined as 12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m.. Multiple plays received from any person after the first daily entry from that person will be void.

INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: Four hundred and forty-eight (448) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded. The Instant Win Game Prizes will consist of one of the following, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion:

Ten (10) 16GB Computer Tablet with an individual ARV of $199.00

Three hundred and twenty-six (326) Gift Cards with an individual ARV of $50.00

Thirty-four (34) Sets of two (2) Tailgate Chairs with an individual ARV of $50.00

Twenty (20) Sets of cornhole boards with bags with an individual ARV of $150.00

Seven (7) All-In-One Grill/Smoker/Cooker/Fryer with an individual ARV of $154.35

Three (3) 42” LCD HDTV with an individual ARV of $529.00

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Instant Win Game Prizes is $38,000.

SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE Drawing: There will be two (2) potential First Prize Winners selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator and held on or about December 7, 2012 from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received by Administrator. Potential First Prize Winners will be notified by Administrator by telephone on or about December 10, 2012. If a potential First Prize Winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight hours following the first attempt at notification, the potential First Prize Winner forfeits prize and another name will be randomly drawn by Administrator from all remaining eligible entries.

SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winners will win a trip for First Prize Winners and one (1) guest to the Allstate Sugar Bowl Game on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at The Superdome (the “Game”), and an opportunity to participate in the :60 Seconds of Mayhemsm Field Goal Kick Contest (the “Contest”) for a chance to win more prizes. The trip will consist of the following:
(i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest First Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, LA as determined by the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
(ii) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (two rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion;
(iii) tickets for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Game.

The ARV of each First Prize is $3,000. Total ARV of the First Prizes is $6,000. Travel companions must be at least 18 years of age in his/her place of residence as of the date of the trip. If the First Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New Orleans, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. First Prize Winner and guests may extend their stay at their own expense. First Prize Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to First Prize Winner. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or similar items once they are in First Prize Winner possession or in the possession of guests. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. First Prize Winner is also responsible at their own expense for all travel insurance (or any other form of insurance desired), and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the First Prize including, without limitation, all meals, taxes, ground transportation (not specifically specified herein) and gratuities. Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event the Game is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to First Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game.
