Timing: The Promotion begins on September 2, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Entry: To participate by scanning a QR code, locate a QR code on the French fry container at participating Wendy's restaurants. When you've located the code, use your smart phone or other web-enabled device to scan the QR code. Data rates may apply. Follow the prompts to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play.
Free Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.wendys.com/win and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Follow the links and instructions and play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed..
Limit: Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.
Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game:
Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around October 16, 2012.
