PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of the following prize elements: 3-days/ 2-nights Sky Suite accommodations for winner and one (1) guest at ARIA Resort & Casino for two (2) consecutive nights/three (3) days with access to Sky Suites Guest Check-In and Limousine Transportation to/from McCarran International Airport and ARIA Resort and Casino for winner and guest (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $1,300), $300 dining credit at AMERICAN FISH at ARIA (gratuity not included), $300 dining credit at Sage (gratuity not included), two (2) breakfast passes to The Buffet at ARIA (ARV: $50), the day use of a cabana at The Pool at ARIA including $100 dining credit (ARV: $600), $300 credit for The Spa & Salon at ARIA and a box of chocolates upon arrival from Jean Philippe Patisserie (ARV: $100). The total approximate retail value of the prize is $2,950.00 (actual value may vary based on stay dates selected). If applicable, prize elements subject to terms and conditions set forth in applicable prize certificate. Resort stay and all other prize elements are valid for up to one year from the date awarded by Sponsor, but no later than March 1, 2013. All prize elements must be used during the above-described 3-day/2-night stay. Air transportation to/from Las Vegas is not included. Note: All additional meals, gratuities, excursions, incidentals, travel to Las Vegas, additional ground transportation in Las Vegas and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card upon checking-in to cover any incidental expenses. All elements of prize are subject to availability, certain restrictions and black out dates apply. No changes may be made to prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize granted except at Sponsor's sole option. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or prize element), for any reason, with a prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater retail value. No prize transfers permitted.
