Listerine Your Mouth Matters Sweepstakes (18+; 19+ Al, NE; 21+ MS; video or short story) - 11/30/12

If submitting a video, it must be in one of the following formats: QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI or .MPG files and may be no larger than 100MB and no longer than 1 minute in length. All dialogue depicted in video and all statements must be in English. If anyone else appears in the video with you, entrant represents that s/he received permission from such person (or if a minor, permission from the minor's parent/legal guardian) allowing the video to be used in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor reserves the right to request a Release of Liability be signed by such persons (or in the event such person is a minor, form must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian). Entries will be screened by Administrator. The Entry must be originally created by the entrant but, if a video, another person who is not a professional videographer or photographer may do the actual videotaping. In the event another person besides entrant does the videotaping, he/she must assign ownership of video to Sponsor. Any entry or portion the Entry that is, in Sponsor's or Administrator's sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, contains any third-party materials, other than LISTERINE-related materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright (including music recordings), trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand other than LISTERINE or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and will disqualify the entrant. Therefore, if submitting a video, clothing worn in the entry should not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials other than LISTERINE. No entry shall contain any content other than as described above, a performance that has been broadcast or streamed on-line, published or televised on television or as part of a recording of a motion picture film or television program. Entry must not include any representation of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public figure, include any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials (except those solely relating to LISTERINE) or address, phone number, or URL address. Any entry not in compliance with the above or that does not meet the Sweepstakes Website's requirements will be disqualified. If, in Sponsor's or Administrator's sole discretion, the entry (or any portion thereof) appears to have resulted in any injury or bodily harm, it will be rejected. Entrants and all submitted Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor's image/ LISTERINE-brand image as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or entry will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Each Submission that is entered into the Sweepstakes must meet the following "Submission Requirements" (any Submission that, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified): (a) Except for the mention of LISTERINE and its products, the Submission must be in the submitting entrant's own words and not contain any third party copyrighted material that entrant does not have written permission to use and to sublicense to Sponsor for use in marketing and advertising; (b) the entrant should be able to provide upon request all appropriate clearances, permissions and releases for the Submission (in the event an entrant cannot provide all required releases, Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to disqualify the applicable Submission, or seek to secure the releases and clearances for Sponsor's benefit, or allow the applicable Submission to remain in the Sweepstakes). No substitutions of new versions of the Submission will be accepted under any circumstances once the original Submission is submitted. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry. Furthermore, Sponsor shall have no liability for any Submission that is lost, intercepted or not received by Sponsor. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry and s/he must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entry information and materials, including any copy of the Submission submitted to Sponsor, become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
