THE PRIZES

Brokaw Rd., San Jose, CA 95112.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on 09/21/2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on 10/03/2012 ("Entry Period").
Limit one (1) entry per person.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules, including these Terms and Conditions and the terms of Fry's Electronics, Inc.'s privacy policy, all of which are available on Fry's Electronics, Inc.'s Facebook page during the entry period. Fry's Electronics, Inc.'s privacy policy is also posted at www.frys.com. Entry into the Sweepstakes is deemed acceptance of these Official Rules.
3. The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the Continental U.S. (excluding FL and RI) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Previous winners of a Fry's Electronics, Inc. Facebook Sweepstakes are not eligible to win and any such participants will be disqualified.
4. Employees, affiliates and agents of Fry's Electronics, Inc., and members of their families and households, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
5. To be eligible, a valid online entry must actually be received during the Entry Period. Alternatively, a valid mail-in entry must be postmarked during the Entry Period and actually received by Fry's Electronics, Inc. within five (5) calendar days of the end of the Entry Period. Fry's Electronics, Inc. is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt of such entry and Fry's Electronics, Inc. shall not be liable for any entry that is lost, misplaced, delayed, stolen, damaged, intercepted, forged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or not timely received. All such entries will be disqualified.
6. Eligible entries received online will be combined with eligible mail-in entries received by Fry's Electronics, Inc. in order to create the Sweepstakes entry pool. Fry's Electronics, Inc. will randomly draw one (1) entry from the Sweepstakes entry pool for each prize. The odds of winning are equal regardless of the method of Sweepstakes entry.
7. Fry's Electronics, Inc. will notify each Sweepstakes winner by the telephone number provided on his/her entry form. If Fry's Electronics, Inc. does not receive a response to its telephone call notification, or otherwise speak with the winner, within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification date, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by random drawing from the entry pool. A "disconnected" or otherwise invalid telephone number will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing from the entry pool. If a winner is unwilling/unable to comply with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by random drawing from the entry pool.
8. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to his/her name, city and state being used, published, printed, displayed and distributed by Fry's Electronics, Inc. for publicity, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without any additional consideration.
9. A Sweepstakes winner may be required to execute, where legally required/permitted, an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability release, W-9 and/or publicity release.
