Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on September 21, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST October 27, 2012.

Only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, who have a unique and valid email address, and a valid account on either Facebook or Twitter.

One entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

PRIZE: Sweepstakes Sponsor will randomly select one entry each week during the Sweepstakes Period to win one (1) iPhone 5 16GB that is compatible with the AT&T or Verizon network. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per week, and a maximum of five (5) prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Approximate retail value of each prize is $800.00, and $4,000.00 for all prizes.

Prize will be presented to the winning contestants during the month of November 2012. Asurion will purchase the iPhone 5 that is compatible with the winner's carrier (AT&T or Verizon network only). Asurion is not responsible for any delay in presenting the Prize as a result of the demand for the Apple iPhone 5. The winner will work directly with their carrier to transfer their phone to their current plan.
