Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/14/12 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 10/14/12.
Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their entry.

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time only throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
One Hundred (100) First Place Prizes: One Hundred (100) First Place Prize Winners, once confirmed, will each receive one (1) twenty-five dollar Visa Gift Card. The ARV of each First Place Prize is twenty-five dollars ($25).
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner, once confirmed, will receive a 5 day/4 night trip for 4 to London England. Trip includes:
- roundtrip airfare to London, England for winner and up to three (3) guests,
- tickets to the NFL International Series Game at Wembley Stadium on October 28th, 2012,
- 4 night hotel stay, and
- one thousand dollars ($1000) spending money.
ARV of the Grand Prize is twenty thousand two hundred dollars ($20,200).
The total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes is twenty two thousand seven hundred dollars ($22,700). There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
