Drawing will be held November 1, 2012. The winner will be notified via email from golfsmith.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries at time of drawing.
To claim the prize, the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59 PM CST December 1, 2012. If unclaimed by December 1, 2012 the prize will go unawarded.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility for any applicable tax on prize.
