open to legal residents in any of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, (excluding the Province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority within the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry to be eligible.

starts at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on September 7, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on October 26, 2012.

Limit one (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per Facebook account per Entry Method each day and no more than two (2) Entries per day will be allowed.

Prizes and Their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of one (1) 60” LED TV, one (1) Xbox 360 Gaming Console, one (1) 7.1 Home Theatre Surround Sound with Blu-Ray Player, one (1) My Net N900 Router, one (1) WDTV System (either Play or Live) ; and one (1) My Book Live 2 TB System. ARV: $4,460;

Five (5) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) My Net N900 Router, one (1) WD TV System (either Play or Live) ; and one (1) My Book Live 2 TB System. ARV: $460 each First Prize;

Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) My Net N900 Router. ARV: $190 each Second Prize;

Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize consists of one (1) My Net N750 Router. ARV: $109 each Third Prize; and Fifty (50) Fourth Prizes: Each Fourth Prize consists of one (1) My Net N600 Router. ARV: $90 each

Fourth Prize. The Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Prizes” and individually as a “Prize.” Total approximate retail value of all Prizes to be awarded: $15,885.
