Prizes: PRIZES (75 total): Each scünci Linziclip is approximately $4.99 US. Maximum total prize value of all seventy-five prizes $748.50 US plus shipping and handling depending on winner location. Prizes may vary in color, size and other respects from items shown on Giveaway Website. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner's responsibility. If applicable, taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
WINNERS will be notified by announcement on Facebook, email and having the prize mailed to the address supplied on the Giveaway entry form. No other notification will be provided. Winners can expect to receive their prize within four (4) weeks following the Giveaway end date of 10/19/12 or sooner at Sponsor's discretion. Winners will be determined by the giveaway administrator, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc., whose decisions regarding this Giveaway are final. Limit of one prize per household. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner (by random selection). Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's consent that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, address (city and state only), and likeness and any written statements made by the winner about the Giveaway and Sponsor for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada who are age 13 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Conair Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, Robin Leedy & Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), the immediate families of such employees (employees' parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit entry as instructed per the entry form via the Votigo Entry Form ("Giveaway Website"). On Friday, October 19, 2012 at 3:01 p.m. EST, seventy-five (75) entrants will be randomly selected from all entries to receive two scünci Linziclip hair accessories (various colors, sizes, and styles). Giveaway begins at 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, and ends at 3 p.m. EST on Friday October 19, 2012 (the "Giveaway Period"). Limit of one entry per person or email address. Multiple registrations from the same entrant may result in ineligibility to receive a prize. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.
