Contest phase: upload one (1) photo that expresses the theme "What you would do with a new 2013 Ford Escape", including a caption and short description of your photo.
Judging Criteria:
Quality of description (33%);
Quality of photo (33%); and
Originality and Creativity (34%)
Timing: begins on October 15, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 13, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
Limit: One (1) Submission per entrant, per email address and per Facebook account, during the Submission Phase. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game play per entrant per day during the Instant Win Phase.
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, who have a valid email address and Facebook account, and who did not purchase a vehicle, camera, or any other equipment for the purpose of entering this Promotion.

Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won by a U.S. entrant in the Contest, and one (1) Grand Prize is available to be won by a Canadian entrant in the Contest. The Grand Prize consists of an all-new 2013 Ford Escape SE FWD (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $26,785 USD and may vary depending on the geographic location of a winner). Sponsor will be responsible for the payment of sales or VAT taxes, destination, delivery and dealer preparation charges. The vehicle will be equipped with all standard features. Exterior and interior color, options packages, accessories, and all other features and upgrades are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Manufacturer's warranty applies to the prize. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide adequate personal identification, proof of having a valid driver's license in the state, province or territory in which he/she resides and proof of insurance at time of delivery. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, title, license plates, registration and license fees, auto insurance, fuel/gas, additional accessories and any costs associated with any upgrade or option packages winner may request (which Sponsor agrees winner is entitled to purchase in its discretion). Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. In lieu of the Grand Prize, if the winner already has a 2013 Ford Escape financed or leased through Ford Credit, the winner can select to have his/her finance contract paid off (or in the case of a lease, exercise the purchase option), up to a maximum of $26,785 USD.
