Sweepstakes begins on October 10, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 2, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or at least the age of majority in their state, territory or province at the time of entry.
"Like" the Bed Bath & Beyod Facebook page, enter through the Fan of the Week tab - https://www.facebook.co
Complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Follow the links and instructions to upload a photograph of yourself with an item purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond and enter the brand name of the item, collectively referred to as your submission. You can also share a short description as to why the item is one of your favorites, however adding a description will not increase your chances of winning. (see Rules for mail-in AMOE)
Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per day by any method, or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
There are twelve (12) entry periods as outlined in the chart below:
Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on the respective date referenced in the chart above. Non-winning entries carry over into subsequent phases.
TWELVE (12) GRAND PRIZES: $50 Bed Bath & Beyond ® Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50 USD.
Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $600 USD.

By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Photo Guidelines:
The Submission must be in .jpg format;
The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size;
The Submission must contain an image including only the entrant whose name appears on the entry form with the selected product, -the brand name and type of item (e.g. Wamsutta Sheets);
The Submission's title and description must be in English; and
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
By uploading a Submission, entrant hereby grants permission for the Submission to be posted on www.facebook.co
Content Restrictions:
Submission must not 1) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons; 2) contain likeness of celebrities or other public or private figures; or 3) promote any political agenda;
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those available for sale by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Sweepstakes;
The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, violent, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory or province where Submission is created.
