Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time ("PT") October 9, 2012 and ends at approximately 11:59 P.M. PT October 30, 2012.
Open only to legal U.S. residents living in the United States of America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all United States territories and possessions), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of October 9, 2012. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, all United States territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

The crossword puzzle does not need to be completed and there are no right or wrong answers and any response to the crossword puzzle questions will qualify that person for entry into the Sweepstakes.
Mail-in Entry Form: Entrants may also enter by printing their name, address, telephone number, email address and age on a 3" x 5" card and mailing to: Cacique® Crossword Challenge Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 91270 Industry, CA 91715
LIMIT OF ONE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD PER SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY.
Grand Prize (10 winners): Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) cheese board set. The estimated retail value ("ERV") of the Grand Prize is approximately Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

FYI: City field seems to be set to only accept at least 6 characters. I eventually put in a space and a comma after my four letter city name and it went through. YMMV
