open to any physical individual, of adult age at the time the Game Contest begins, who is a member of the Accor group's Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program for the entire duration of the Game Contest

Only one Game Contest entry will be accepted per person

To participate in the Game Contest, each Participant must:
- Be a member of the Le Club Accorhotels program;
- Possess a Le Club Accorhotels card that is valid for the entire duration of the Game
Contest;
- Have a valid e-mail address;
- Participate in the Game Contest before 9:59 AM on Tuesday, 13 November 2012;
- Go to the www.facebook.com/leclubaccorhotels page;
- Enter his/her e-mail address and Member number;
- Accept Game Contest rules;
- Certify that he/she is the holder of the card of which the Member number was entered
previously;
- Place the ten (10) Accor hotels on the map;
- Then, if the (10) Accor hotels are placed correctly: answer the additional question and
confirm.

PRIZES
Participants play the Game Contest to win:
Up to five hundred (500) Le Club Accorhotels points per week (in the context of this
operation equal to 500 x 0.02 € = 10 €), up to an amount of two thousand (2,000) Le Club
Accorhotels points (in the context of this operation equal to 2,000 x 0.02 € = 40 €, which may be converted freely by the winner into one (1) Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel voucher with a unit value of 40€) for the entire duration of the Game Contest. The Member must correctly place ten (10) Accor hotels on the map, and each correctly-placed hotel generates fifty (50) points, with a maximum of five hundred (500) points per game period if all hotels are placed correctly.

These points shall be credited to each winner's Le Club Accorhotels account within a
maximum period of three (3) weeks following the end of the Game Contest.

In addition, participants who correctly place the ten (10) weekly hotels on the map can
win:
- Forty (40) prizes of fifteen thousand (15,000) Le Club Accorhotels points over the entire
Game Contest period, that is, ten (10) prizes per week for the four (4) Game Contest
periods.
Winners will be notified by electronic mail, and points will be credited to the Le Club
Accorhotels account of each winner within a maximum period of three (3) weeks starting
from the date of the random draw. It is explicitly stated here that winners can convert their
prize(s) of fifteen thousand (15,000) Le Club Accorhotels points (in this operation equal to
300 € in Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel vouchers: 15,000 x 0.02 € = 300 €) into Accor
hotel nights, for example one weekend for 2 people, representing a maximum value of
300 € (15,000 € x 0.02 = 300 €).

- One (1) prize of one million (1,000,000) Le Club Accorhotels points.

The winner will be notified by electronic mail, and points will be credited to his/her Le
Club Accorhotels account within a maximum period of three (3) weeks starting from the
date of the random draw. It is explicitly stated here that the winner can convert his/her
prize of one million (1,000,000) Le Club Accorhotels points (in this operation equal to
20,000 € in Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel vouchers: 1,000,000 x 0.02 € = 20,000 €)
into Accor hotel nights, for example 52 weekends for 2 people, representing a value of
384 € for each weekend (20,000 € / 52 = 384 €).
