After printing out the form for Cabelas, I clicked on the "Chevrolet Dealer Locator". On finding the dealer closest to me on the google map, I clicked the "search inventory" button. That took me to the local dealer's website, where right on top of the page it says "We'll Pay You" to come in and take a test drive.
The local dealer is offering a $25 gift card from the merchant of your choice. Among the selections are: Amazon, Best Buy, Pottery Barn, and about ten others. Fill out a small form from the dealer and come in for the test.
I've been curious about the Chevy Volt anyway, and so going to the dealer to test drive it will net me $75.00 total in gift cards. Bonus, dealer is only 2 miles away.
Can't beat that. I love SlickDeals!
Yes, this additional $25 gift card is being offered by the dealer, independantly of Chevrolet.
Other dealers may or may not offer this additional incentive. I only mentioned it to encourage others to find their local dealers website by using the Chevy Dealer Locator. And do it sometime before they actually go to the dealer. It just might net them an additional freebie.

Many Auto Dealerships ask for and PHOTOCOPY your Drivers License as a required "step" to do a test drive.
ALWAYS and I MEAN ALWAYS ask for the photocopy of your license back PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP. You don't need copies of your Drivers License ending up in the wrong hands, even if they are trashed at the dealership. TAKE IT HOME AND SHRED IT!
