Also, can I make a copy of the printout and take it to a couple of different dealerships to receive a $50 card from each?
After printing out the form for Cabelas, I clicked on the "Chevrolet Dealer Locator". On finding the dealer closest to me on the google map, I clicked the "search inventory" button. That took me to the local dealer's website, where right on top of the page it says "We'll Pay You" to come in and take a test drive.
The local dealer is offering a $25 gift card from the merchant of your choice. Among the selections are: Amazon, Best Buy, Pottery Barn, and about ten others. Fill out a small form from the dealer and come in for the test.
I've been curious about the Chevy Volt anyway, and so going to the dealer to test drive it will net me $75.00 total in gift cards. Bonus, dealer is only 2 miles away.
Can't beat that. I love SlickDeals!
More info: Dealer just called me and said they were offering a 24 take home test drive of the Volt if I was interested. They're doing this to acquaint people more with the differences of an electric vehicle.

THANKS for this!! I got a snail mail offer for a free pair of $125 sunglasses if I stop at Chevy and test drive a Malibu. I'll do this offer at the same time to double-dip (and maybe triple if any of my local dealers are offering the $25 GC or other offer). Thanks!
