Kellogg’s™ Prize Pantry Instant Win Game ~ 12/21/12 (Facebook)

Promotion begins on 10/29/12 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 12/21/12 at 11:59:59 AM (ET).

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Once you have accessed the Prize Pantry, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your game play by clicking the “spin” lever. A “Game Play” consists of 3 spins during an online session on the Facebook Page (plus a 4th spin if you receive a “free spin” during your Game Play). You will receive a notification in the black area under the “spin” lever if you’ve won a free spin, Kellogg’s Family Rewards™ points, or $200. If no winning combination appears at the end of your Game Play, then you are not a winner.

Participants will automatically receive one (1) Game Play each Day during the Promotion Period, however additional spins may be randomly awarded during Game Play.

Additionally, during the Promotion Period, entrants may earn a ten (10) Points KFR code each Day by clicking on the “Tweet” button on the Facebook Page, and then tweeting a message out about the Promotion. Limit one (1) ten (10) Points KFR code per person, per Day for Tweeting out a message about the Promotion.

Limit one (1) Game Play per Day, per person and/or per email address and/or per Facebook account unless otherwise provided for herein.

Potential winners of an extra spin, points or $200 will be notified immediately at the conclusion of their game play. Additionally, potential Grand Prize winners will receive an email sent to their email address associated with their Facebook account. This email will contain prize claim instructions.

Fifty-Four (54) Grand Prizes (one (1) will be awarded each Day during the Promotion Period) - Each Grand Prize consists of a $200 Bank-issued, pre-loaded Debit Card. Grand Prize winners will receive their prize within 6 – 8 weeks of winner’s verification from Sponsor’s fulfillment provider.
