The Promotion begins November 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET")
and ends December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States
(including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the
Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible
