Prize: (1 winner)3-day/2-night trip for two to Los Angeles, CA to attend The 40th Anniversary American Music Awards on November 18, 2012. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); and two tickets to the Show (seats determined by Ticket Provider). (ARV: $2,500)
Travel will take place November 17-19, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure city, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination, airfare will not be provided. If, for any reason, the Show is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Show on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
