open to all legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 years of age or older,

begins Thursday, October 18, 2012, and ends on Tuesday, December 25, 2012

PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an iPad2 with Wi-Fi 16GB ($499) and have his/her name featured as a character in Dick Wolf's second Jeremy Fisk novel, expected in December 2012.

Twenty (20) runners-up will receive a signed hardcover of THE INTERCEPT ($27.99) and three HarperCollins thriller novels: The Devil Colony by James Rollins (ISBN: 9780061785658; $9.99); Spycatcher by Matthew Dunn (ISBN 9780062037862; $9.99); Scorpion Betrayal by Andrew Kaplan (ISBN 9780062064585; $9.99) (total value $29.97). There is no substitution for any prize.

It wasn't a hardcover or signed but I'm ok with that.
It was the Intercept by Dick Wolf.

Re-reading rules, says contest not over till Dec. 25th.....
not sure why I got this now.
It came from HC, but no paperwork inside.
Also never received Email on it, ????

I just got a copy as well. I never got an email about it, but *sigh* I guess I didn't win the ipad.

The paperback is an advanced reading copy that you opted to receive. I remember that there was a box that was checked asking whether or not you wanted one. It's probably separate from the sweeps, so you're still in for the ipad Smilie

according to the rules on the fb page you read the book, then post 3 shares about the book then you email links to those shares to the auther you are then entered to win the ipod
