The winner of the Competition will receive:

A five (5) consecutive night stay at Atlantis, The Palm Resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in four (4) deluxe rooms
Roundโ€trip economy flights to Dubai International Airport for the winner and seven (7) family members or friends from their nearest major international airport.
Transfers between the airport in Dubai and Atlantis
Breakfast daily in Saffron or Kaleidoscope restaurants for up to 8 people
One (1) dinner for up to eight (8) people at Seafire restaurant

It's the spinner, where you have to get those 2 disc things to line up somehow

At the very top next to the outer ring there is a small gold triangle pointing down. One of the symbols on the larger ring has a line that drops down to the edge of outside of the ring. Line that up with the triangle. On the inner ring there is also a symbol that has a line that drops down farther than any other. Line that up with the line from a symbol on the outer ring that drops down towards the inner ring. Once you do that, it will pause for a couple of seconds and then the symbols will start to light up and it's done.

you are AMAZING! I would have never figured that out because I didn't even pay attention to that gold triangle. thank you SO SO much! do it give a sign to move you on? because once it lit up it didn't really do anything else for me...maybe i still didn't get it haha

You're very welcome. I'm glad it worked for you because I was trying to go off of memory from when I did it. Once it lights up it should prompt the short promo video that comes up each time before it automatically proceeds you to the next puzzle. Did it send you to the fifth puzzle?
