After submitting your sweepstakes entry, you will be re-directed to play the Instant Win Game. Choose one of the three boxes and use your mouse to click and scratch off the box to see if you are a potential winner, subject to verification.

Limit one (1) entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per person/email address per day.

Two (2) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes: Each a trip for two to Phoenix, Arizona to attend the Kurt Warner: The Ultimate Football Experience fantasy day. Prize includes:
- round-trip coach airfare to Phoenix, Arizona from a major airport nearest the winner's home;
- three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy);
- rental car; and
- (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card.

Approximate retail value $4,500.00 USD each trip. Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, if necessary. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. Only one person (either the Winner or the Winner's Guest) will be able to participate in the event's game(s). The participant must be at least 21 years of age or older and must sign any documents required by the organizer of the fantasy day to participate. If not participating in the event's games, Winner and/or guest will have access to the event's facilities. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Trip must be taken on the dates specified or trip shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such Winner.
