Prize: (2 winners) 5-day/4-night vacation for up to four people to the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida. Each Vacation includes up to four round trip coach air fares between the major United States gateway airport closest to the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) and the Orlando International Airport (provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World Resort, air fare will not be provided), up to four round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort (provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World Resort, transfers will not be provided), room accommodations consisting of one standard room (with a maximum of four persons per room) for 4-nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort, and up to four 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option (ARV $4,984.52)
Travel must take place by December 15, 2013 or the prize will be forfeited and travel is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Actual value of a Grand Prize may depend on city of departure, travel dates, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of a Grand Prize and the actual value will not be awarded to any winner. Air travel is not eligible for frequent flyer program credit and each winner and his/her designated guest(s) must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. If a winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same room. The parent or legal guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult (the "Appointed Guardian") to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to travel. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, inflight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by a minor's parent, legal guardian, or Appointed Guardian. Each winner and his/her guests are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Any airport departure fees and taxes, travel insurance, luggage fees, seating upgrades, hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes, transportation between winner's residence and the departure airport, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. If a winner elects to take the Vacation with fewer than the allowed number of guests, components of the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and the winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including destination and travel dates, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, sale, date re-schedule, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted. Once scheduled, each Vacation must be taken on dates and times arranged by Prize Provider or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Changes are not permitted after air ticket issue. Prize Provider is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if a winner or his/her guests are unable to take scheduled Vacation by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor's control. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners
Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or the Steve Harvey Morning Show within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.
