Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 26, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 7, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, (excluding residents of California, District of Columbia, Maryland, Michigan, Tennessee, and West Virginia), who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Upon completing all of the steps above and clicking the "Submit" button you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. After you have received your initial entry, you may also earn bonus entries via one (1) of the following two (2) methods. NOTE: The maximum number of bonus entries allowed during the Sweepstakes Period is fifty (50) regardless of the method(s) used to obtain bonus entries.

Bonus Entries for Sharing to Social Networks: When prompted, share the Sweepstakes with your friends by following the instructions for one (1) or more of the methods provided (either via Facebook® wall post, Facebook® Private Message invitation or by tweeting via Twitter®). Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry for each referred person who; (a) entered the Sweepstakes via the "Shared wall post"; (b) entered the Sweepstakes as a result of a Facebook Private Message invitation; or (c) entered the Sweepstakes via the tweet posted on Twitter®.

Bonus Entries by Mail: To receive bonus entries without sharing to social networks, you may do so by mail as follows: On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (if available) to: "12 Days of Sip. Up Sweepstakes", c/o The Archer Group, 233 North King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Mail entries must be postmarked by December 8, 2012 and received by December 15, 2012 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Each envelope is considered one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple bonus entries submitted in the same envelope are void.

On or about December 17, 2012 seventy-eight (78) prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Prize Winner will receive a prize based upon the order in which the Prize Winners are selected as it relates to the order in which the Prizes are listed in the "PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS" section below, and subject to verification. For example, the first twelve (12) Prize Winners selected in the random drawing will each receive a prize from "Prize Group 1" as listed in the "PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS" section below; the thirteenth (13th) through twenty-third (23rd) Prize Winners selected in the random drawing will each receive a prize from "Prize Group 2" as listed in the "PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS" section below and so forth until all seventy-eight (78) Prizes are awarded.
