Contest ends December 17, 2012. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase a contestants chance of winning. U.S.A. and Canada only. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age to enter. pictureline will not verify receipt of entries. Incomplete entries are void. pictureline is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, damaged, undeliverable or delayed. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the original promised prize becomes unavailable. Grand prize valued at $2699.95. Because of their potential for abuse, sweepstakes are heavily regulated in many countries. The U.S., Canada, and individual U.S. states all have laws covering sweepstakes, resulting in special rules depending on where the entrant lives. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission exercises some authority over sweepstakes promotion and sweepstakes scams in the United States. Notably, sweepstakes in Canada and several European countries require entrants to solve a (elementary school level) mathematical puzzle or answer a (fairly simple) knowledge question, making it (in theory at least) a contest of skill, in order to overcome requirements that would classify sweepstakes as a form of gambling. There are similar laws in Brazil, where sweepstakes must include a "cultural contest", often giveaway questions like "which brand gives you a house?"
