Promotion will begin at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 27, 2012, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on February 5, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and, if entering online, logging onto the Internet from the United States.

Limit one (1) entry submission per person for the Promotion. Eligible entries received for a Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes will remain eligible for any and all subsequent Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes and will also be eligible for the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes".

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $879.99.
BI-WEEKLY PRIZE (1 will be awarded in each of the four (4) Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Bi-Weekly Prize consists of one (1) Toshiba U945-S4380 Laptop including: Intel® Core™ i3-3217U dual core processor, Windows® 8, 4GB DDR3 memory, 500GB 5400 RPM storage + 32GB solid state cache, Intel® HD 4000 integrated graphics, 1366x768 TruBrite® display, Intel® 802.11 b/g/n wireless, HDMI output, Integrated 1 MP (720p) webcam. The ARV of each Bi-Weekly Prize is $649.99.
