Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Capezio® Presents the Universal® Les Misérables Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (except the State of Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years of age and also of majority age in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Employees of Ballet Makers, Inc., Universal City Studios, LLLP ("Universal"), their respective related companies, or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ballet Makers, Inc., One Campus Road, Totowa, New Jersey, 07512, USA (the "Sponsor").

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 14, 2012 at 12:01 PM Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted prior to, or after, the Entry Period will be disqualified. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Entry Period you must go the Sweepstakes page on the Sponsor's website at www.capezio.com/lesmis, fill out the Sweepstakes entry form and click "Submit." There is a limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address per day. If an e-mail address is used to enter more than one (1) time a day, all of that day's entries but one (1) will be disregarded.

6. HOW TO WIN: All winners (each referred to herein as a "Winner" and collectively as "Winners") will be selected by a random drawing on or about January 4, 2013. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. QUALIFICATION: Receiving a prize (each referred to herein as a "Prize" and collectively as "Prizes") is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or before January 7, 2013. It is entrants' responsibility to check their e-mail accounts, including spam or other filters. The Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant's failure to receive, open, and/or read a notification e-mail for any reason. Except where prohibited, each potential Winner of a Prize in the Sweepstakes will be required to respond to the notification e-mail and to execute and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by the Sponsor within five (5) calendar days of the date of notification in order to claim the Prize. If a potential Winner of any Prize fails to respond to the notification e-mail and to execute and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, such potential Winner will forfeit the Prize. In the case of forfeiture of a Prize, for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate entrant by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Grand Prize Winner will also be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 in order to be awarded the Prize. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which a Prize will not be awarded.

8. PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Place Prize, and one (1) Third Place Prize. No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be bartered or sold. Prizes are awarded "as is" and no warranty is provided. Any and all taxes, as well as all other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Grand Prize The Grand Prize consists of a private screening of the Universal Pictures® feature motion picture Les Misérables ("Screening") in a movie theatre located in/near the Grand Prize Winner's hometown, or in a movie theatre within reasonable distance of the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (as determined by Universal in its sole discretion), for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 150 (one hundred fifty) guests ("Guests") of the Grand Prize Winner. Tickets to the Grand Prize screening may not be bartered or sold. Please note: no press will be permitted to attend the Grand Prize private screening. Prize consists of admission to theatre for the Screening only. No refreshments or concession items will be provided. Transportation to and from the Screening will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guests. Guests may be required to complete and sign Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to admission. Abusive or obnoxious behavior by the Grand Prize Winner or any Guest(s) will result in immediate ejection from the Screening. The Grand Prize Winner shall select a date and time between Tuesday, January 15, 2013 and Thursday, February 28, 2013 (weekdays only) for the Screening. The Screening cannot be held on any Friday after 3PM or on a Saturday or a Sunday. The Grand Prize Winner will also be asked to designate a preferred movie theatre located in the Grand Prize Winner's hometown or within a reasonable distance of the Grand Prize Winner's hometown. The Sponsor shall make its best efforts to accommodate the Grand Prize Winner's selected date, time, and location, but the Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that his or her "first choice" may not be possible due to scheduling conflicts or other limitations on availability. The Grand Prize Winner agrees to cooperate in the scheduling of the Screening. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible in any way for changes in scheduling of the Screening. In the event that Grand Prize Winner is unable to attend the Screening during dates determined at the sole discretion of Universal, Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is One Thousand Five Hundred Ten Dollars ($1,510). Other Prizes The Second Place Prize is a gift card worth Two Hundred Dollars ($200) redeemable (and subject to conditions) at the Sponsor's Internet store located at www.capezio.com. The Third Place Prize is a gift card worth One Hundred Dollars ($100) redeemable (and subject to conditions) at the Sponsor's Internet store located at www.capezio.com. The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is One Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Dollars ($1,810).

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason including, but not limited to fraud, computer virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Universal , their respective parent and related companies, any other companies associated with the design, promotion or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a Prize or part thereof, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines including, but expressly not limited to, any failure of delivery of a Winner notification; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of a Prize including, but expressly not limited to, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; and (f) any inability of any Winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof). You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you also expressly and forever waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") and any similar law of any state or the District of Columbia concerning releases. You understand that Section 1542 provides that, "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."

11. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitutes a Winner's consent to the use by the Sponsor (or its agents) of the Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

13. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey. As stated above, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you have irrevocably consented to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
