Overview: The Courtyard by Marriott® Greatness on the Road™ Guest of the Week & Year (the "Promotion") is subject to the Official Rules set forth herein. Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor") is conducting a promotional offer whereby eligible participants are those determined (in Sponsor's sole discretion) as the seventeen (17) Marriott Rewards® members that have the most number of weekday (Monday – Thursday) stays at Courtyard by Marriott® hotels in 2012 from January 1, 2012 to August 7, 2012 ("Eligible Participant"). The Eligible Participants will be eligible to receive 10,000 Marriott Rewards® points (the "Promotion Reward"), and entry into a Grand Prize drawing described below (the "Grand Prize Drawing").
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who [1] are current Marriott Rewards® members; [2] at least are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state/jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of August 7, 2012; and [3] on August 7, 2012, are determined to be the seventeen (17) Marriott Rewards® members that have the most number of weekday (Monday – Thursday) stays at Courtyard by Marriott® hotels from January 1, 2012 to August 7, 2012.
How to Receive the Promotion Reward: If you are determined eligible for the Promotion, you will be contacted by a representative of the Sponsor and required to, within seven (7) days of notification attempt, [1] confirm your Marriott Rewards® number and execute, where legal, a Publicity Release and Copyright Assignment (collectively, "Release"),[2] submit a story about your experience with Courtyard by Marriott® hotels ("Story"); and [3] submit your place of residence (city, state) and headshot (optional). If you do not comply with the foregoing, you will forfeit the Promotion Reward and the Marriott Rewards® member that has the next highest number of weekday (Monday – Thursday) stays at Courtyard by Marriott® hotels from January 1, 2012 to August 7, 2012 will be selected for the Promotion Reward. As described above, participants will also be required to supply Sponsor with a Story upon request, which Sponsor may use in any way it sees fit. The Story must comply with the requirements for Stories as set forth below. If you are verified as a recipient of the Promotion Reward, you will be notified via email and Sponsor will automatically deposit the 10,000 Marriott Rewards® points into your Marriott Rewards® account within two (2) weeks of being verified as a recipient of the Promotion Reward.
