Maxim’s 2013 Big Game Sweepstakes ~ 1/21/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on December 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on January 21, 2013.

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD.

PRIZE(S): Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be awarded one (1) three day / two night trip for two people to Maxim’s Big Game Blowout Party in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Grand Prize includes:
- roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of AMG),
- accommodations for two (2) nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG),
- two (2) exclusive invitations to Maxim’s 2013 Big Game Party, and
- one (1) $2,000.00 Visa Gift Card.

Total approximate retail value of each prize: $5,200.00. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $10,400.00. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must depart from the major airport closest to the winner’s home. Trip must be taken on or around February 2, 2013 or the trip will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered.
