One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

open to all residents of United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions which are not eligible) and Washington D.C. and Canada who have reached the age of majority

PRIZE
Among all valid Registration Forms and Mail-In Entries, ONE (1) single prize will be
awarded, subject to the conditions below, consisting of:
- Two (2) premium tickets to see ONE (1) of the following shows in one (1) of the
following cities, to be chosen by the Winner:
o Zarkana in Las Vegas: performances period from February 3 to
December 31, 2013; OR
o TOTEM in New York: performances period from March 14 to May 12,
2013; OR
o Amaluna in Calgary: performances period from April 11 to May 19, 2013;
OR
o La Nouba in Orlando: performances period from February 3 to December
31, 2013.
Each ticket shall have a maximum retail value not to exceed Two Hundred
Twenty-Five United States Dollars (USD $225.00) (“Cirque Tickets”);
AND
- Round trip economy airfare for two (2) people from the airport closest to Winner’s
residence to the destination chosen by Winner (airfare company to be
determined at the sole discretion of Cirque),), having an approximate retail value
not to exceed One Thousand United States Dollars (USD $1,000.00) per person;
AND
- Two (2) hotel night accommodations at a hotel located in the destination chosen
by Winner (double occupancy in standard guest room, hotel to be determined at
the sole discretion of Cirque), having an approximate retail value not to exceed
Two Hundred Fifty United States Dollars (USD $250.00) per night;
AND
- Five Hundred United States Dollars (USD $500.00)

If the Winner chooses to see Zarkana in Las Vegas, the Prize must be used between
February 3, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
If the Winner chooses to see TOTEM in New York, the Prize must be used between
March 14 and May 12, 2013.
If the Winner chooses to see Amaluna in Calgary, the Prize must be used between April
11 and May 19, 2013.
If the Winner chooses to see La Nouba in Orlando, the Prize must be used between
February 3, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
The total retail value of the Prize is approximately Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty
United States Dollars (USD $3,450.00).
