Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on January 31, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada (Excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per day. Returning users will only need to enter their email for an additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
GRAND PRIZE (1): There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip for himself/herself and up to three (3) guests to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include:
- Round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner's home (determined by prize provider in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida;
- Rental car for seven (7) days;
- Four (4) nights' standard hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at the Hard Rock Hotel (or another on-site hotel as determined by prize provider in its sole discretion);
- Four (4) 3 Park Unlimited Passes valid for three (3) days' admission to both Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure, and Wet 'n Wild;
- Two (2) days admission for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with a Family Astronaut Training Experience, VIP guided tour and lunch with an astronaut (subject to availability); and
- Two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel in Cocoa Beach near Kennedy Space Center (as determined by prize provider in its sole discretion).
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,425.96.
If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than three (3) Guests or no Guest, the Grand Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and each participating Guest, and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Grand Prize Winner shall not receive further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Grand Prize Winner is between the ages of thirteen (13) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. If Grand Prize Winner is under the age of twenty-five (25), additional car rental charges may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be booked by 11/30/13 and travel must be completed by1/31/14. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to prize provider and Sponsor approval. Travel must be round trip. Unless child of Grand Prize Winner, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of Grand Prize Winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her place of residence, one Guest must be Grand Prize Winner's parent/legal guardian. If in the judgment of prize provider air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by prize provider in its sole discretion.
FIRST PLACE PRIZES (2): Two (2) First Place Prizes will be awarded: one (1) Hamilton Ventura Lady Watch and one (1) Hamilton Ventura Gentlemen's watch. The ARV of the First Place Prizes is $1,690.00
SECOND PLACE PRIZE (1): One (1) Second Place Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Sony BDP-S790 Blu-ray™ Player; one (1) Sony 46" HX750 Internet TV and one (1) Sony HT-CT260 Sound Bar. The ARV of the Second Place Prize is $2,149.97
THIRD PLACE PRIZES (3): Three (3) Third Place Prizes will be awarded: three (3) Sony NEX-5R Cameras. The ARV of the Third Place Prizes is $2,249.97
Total ARV of all prizes is $11,515.90
