Sweepstakes submission period is from January 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") to January 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to natural person residents in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit one entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Submission Period.
Within three (3) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Submission Period, Sponsor or an independent judging agency will select in a random drawing from all valid entries fourteen (14) entries to each win a prize. A prize will be assigned to each winner as described below.
Prizes:
The first winner selected will receive a trip to Los Angeles, California, which includes round-trip airfare for two to either the Los Angeles International Airport, LAX, or the Bob Hope Airport, BUR, three nights at the Four Seasons Westlake Village for two with breakfasts, a spa package for two with a 50 minute Therapist's Choice Massage (gratuity included), and one day for two at the California Health & Longevity Institute (including a Bod Pod body composition analysis, a nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian, a fitness consultation, a life balance consultation, a wellness kitchen lunch experience (if available at the time of booking), and a mindful eating workshop), with a total value of approximately $3,445. The first winner must notify Sponsor at least six (6) months prior to a proposed date of the trip, and the first winner must take the trip within twelve (12) months of notification of winning by Sponsor.
The next five (5) winners selected will each receive a Yonanas® machine, valued at approximately $50 each.
The next five (5) winners selected will each receive coupons for $104 worth of DOLE Bananas (representing an approximate year's supply of DOLE Bananas).
The next winner selected will receive a nutritional consultation and two (2) follow-up sessions with Nicole Meadow, MPN, RD, CLC of Nutrition Wise, valued at approximately $300.
The next one (1) winner selected will receive a $100 Lululemon gift card.
The next one (1) winner selected will receive a $100 Nike gift card.
The total value of all fourteen (14) prizes is $4,715. Limit of one prize per household.
