Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on December 28, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 6, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.

Within one week of the close of the Sweepstakes, an independent judging organization will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to award the following prizes: A total of eight (8) prize packs:
