Noobie has spent a bunch of time on a report, and just caused a bunch of errors in the production system by making live changes to the database. The reporting request was fairly straight-forward, but she asked the person requesting it a bunch of questions... and when she didn't have all the answers, just started working on how she thought it should work.
That's not how we're supposed to do things
If you're not sure what you're supposed to be doing, you either wait for answers, keep asking until you get them, or do something else. You especially don't make database changes that could impact users during the middle of the farking day because you don't think your poorly-written query is running quickly enough!

The grossest story (I guess).. I worked at a restuarant that served freshly made biscuits in the morning. .They had one of those monster mixers and mixed the dough up and baked them.
The biscuit maker had to come in at like 4 am. Usually he was by himself. One morning, a manager came in early to get some work done and caught the biscuit chef farking the dough..
