Any legal resident of the U.S. or Canada, 13 years of age or older, is eligible to participate
between 9:00 A.M. PST on January 3, 2013 and ("Contest Open Time") and 11:59 P.M. PST January 12, 2013
Prizes: One (1) grand prize winner and (9) runners up will be chosen at random. The grand prize winner will receive: (i) one (1) pair of DC shoes (in such style and size as determined by Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and (ii) a one thousand dollar ($1,000USD) gift card for use on www.dcshoes.com. The grand prize has an approximate retail value of one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100.00 USD). Each of the nine (9) runners up will receive: one (1) pair of DC shoes (in such style and size as determined by Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and (ii) one (1) one hundred dollar ($100 USD) gift card for use on www.dcshoes.com. The runner up prize has an approximate retail value of two hundred dollars ($200.00). All prizes are "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes will be made or is permitted. The redeemable gift cards have no cash value, and can only be used for merchandise on www.dcshoes.com.
