Captain D's "Secrets From The Chef" Giveaway
Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on February 13, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 30, 2013.
Open only to persons who, as of date of entry, are legal residents of AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA and WV and are at least 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older in Alabama) at the time of entry.
Limit: One (1) Entry per person or email address, per day.
(1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive a year's supply of Captain D's cuisine (awarded in the form of a $780 gift card to a local Captain D's Restaurant), and one (1) Complimentary Chef's Dinner ("Chef's Dinner") prepared by the Captain D's Head Chef for the Winner and five (5) guests. Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,780.00.
(2) First Place Prize(s): First Place Prize Winner's will receive a year's supply of Captain D's cuisine (awarded in the form of a $780 gift card to a local Captain D's Restaurant). First Place Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $780.00 each.
Total Prize Structure Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,340.00. In order to be determined a Winner, the Entrant must live within 60 miles of a Captain D's Restaurant. Chef's Dinner must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion.
