Does Dell have their own ETF like Amazon?

Pretty good deal for people living in California. Dell doesn't charge any sales tax for some reason, which Amazon and box stores are required to do on the FULL RETAIL PRICE of the phone. So even Amazon's $.01 deals end up costing $60-$65. $35 Activation Fee sucks, but hopefully the $50 Dell credit will make up for it down the road.
